Hai Duong to launch and open 3 key projects
Marking Vietnam’s reunification anniversary, Hai Duong will launch three key projects to drive regional development and attract investment.

Hai Duong province will simultaneously break ground on two strategic projects and inaugurate a critical transportation route in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Southern liberation and national reunification.
The two projects set to commence construction include the AEON Mall Hai Duong and provincial road 394B. In which, the AEON Mall Hai Duong has an investment of around 45.6 million USS and a total floor area of 3.5 ha in Hai Duong city.
The project is slated for completion and operation by the third quarter of 2026 by AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd.
As for provincial road 394B, it is planned to connect provincial road 395 and the North-South road in Thanh Mien district, spanning more than 6.7 km, with a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND.

Meanwhile, the East-West trunk-road has been constructed across five districts of Hai Duong province, namely Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, and Thanh Ha, with a total length of nearly 36.5 km and a budget of close to 1.8 trillion VND.
The road will be inaugurated at the same time with the commencement of the two projects above and many others across Vietnam on April 19 morning.
