Quan emphasized that businesses and entrepreneurs are an important part of the economy as the economy develops wherever businesses and entrepreneurs develop.
“In the coming time, the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee will continue to direct departments and branches to adjust and overcome problems, and create an open investment environment and conditions for businesses and entrepreneurs to develop stably and sustainably,” said Quan.
The vice chairman suggested that the provincial Business Association regularly and promptly grasp difficulties and problems of enterprises and members and send them to specialized agencies to advise the provincial People's Committee for timely settlement.
He recommended the association to strengthen coordination with authorities at all levels and sectors in the province to organize activities to promote trade and introduce products of enterprises and members.
Each enterprise and entrepreneur needs to enhance business and corporate culture in the context of international economic integration, Quan noted.
He also suggested that the association continue organizing practical activities to help members recover and develop such as accessing capital sources, finding partners, forming joint ventures to expand production and consumption, etc.
On this occasion, the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to three members of the association, including two enterprises and one individual, with outstanding achievements in business activities and the association's movement.
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry granted a certificate of merit to Hai Duong Rural Development and Dike Stone Construction JSC.
The provincial Business Association gave certificates of merit to six enterprises and 18 outstanding businessmen.
In 2024, the association admitted 21 new members, bringing the total number of members to nearly 300 enterprises, and organized many activities to support businesses.
