Hai Duong to spend over 1,034 billion VND building two routes to Hai Phong
Hai Duong province will build two routes to Hai Phong city in 2025 and 2026 with a budget of more than 1,034 billion VND.
Hai Duong plans to construct a road with 248 billion VND to connect national highway 17B’s section in the province and Dinh bridge, which links the province’s Kinh Mon town with Thuy Nguyen district of Hai Phong city.
The route will start at its intersection with national highway 17B, around km11+700 in Long Xuyen ward, Kinh Mon town, and end at the road to Dinh bridge in the town’s Thai Thinh ward.
The road will be 3.1 km long, 16 m wide and have a designed speed of 50 km/h.
The province will also build another road linking national highway 17B and provincial road 352 in Hai Phong city with a budget of more than 786 billion VND.
The route will stretch from around km12+500 on national highway 17B to km47+950 on the right dike of the Kinh Thay river, with a length of 7.22 km and a width of 12 m.
The projects are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2025.
