New strong cold wave to hit Hai Duong province this week
A strong cold wave is forecast to affect Hai Duong province around December 12, pulling temperature down to 16 – 19 degrees Celsius.
Hai Duong province continues to be affected by the strongest cold spell from the beginning of the season today (December 8), with drizzles occurring in some places and temperature ranging between 17 and 23 degrees Celsius.
Cold air is predicted to become stable and then weaken from December 9 – 11, bringing sunshine and no rain to the province, according to the provincial Hydrometeorological Station.
Temperature may be slightly higher, from 18 to 25 degrees Celsius. However, it will remain cold at night and in the morning, experts warn.
Around December 12, the cold air is likely to become stronger, causing light, scattered rain in some areas.
The weather will turn cold from December 13 – 17, with sunshine by day, no rain by night, and temperature 16 – 19 degrees Celsius.
