Standing Vice Chairman Luu Van Ban now Acting Chairman of Hai Duong provincial People's Committee
Standing Vice Chairman Luu Van Ban has held the authority of chairman of the Hai Duong provincial People's Committee since August 24.
Standing Vice Chairman Luu Van Ban has been appointed as acting chairman of the Hai Duong provincial People's Committee by the Prime Minister, announced the provincial People's Committee on August 26.
Ban will hold the authority from August 24 until a new chairman is elected, according to the Prime Minister’s decision.
Earlier, the provincial People's Council on August 12 approved resolutions confirming the dismissal of Mr. Trieu The Hung from his duties as chairman of the provincial People's Committee and delegate of the provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term due to a job transfer.
Hung assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Culture and Education Committee of the 15th National Assembly from August 1.
