Hai Duong to build new industrial cluster in Kinh Mon town
A new industrial cluster will be built in Hai Duong province with an investment of over 695 billion VND and is expected to come into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Prime Minister has permitted the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to change the use purpose of nearly 40 ha of rice land in the province’s Kinh Mon town to build An Phu industrial cluster.
Accordingly, 39.9 ha of rice land will be converted to non-agricultural land to construct and trade in the infrastructure of An Phu industrial cluster, appraised by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
This project covers more than 47 ha in An Phu and Long Xuyen communes of Kinh Mon town, including 31.7 ha of industrial land, 1.6 ha of administrative and service land, 7.7 ha of traffic and parking land…
The project has a total investment of over 695 billion VND and is expected to come into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025.
