Hai Duong to set off high-altitude fireworks to welcome New Year for first time

Hai Duong city will jointly organize a high-altitude fireworks display to welcome the 2024 Giap Thin Lunar New Year.

800 high-altitude fireworks and 180 low-altitude fireworks frames will be set off at Bach Dang park, Hai Duong city, from 11:15 pm to 11:30 pm on February 9 (New Year's Eve), heard a meeting of the organizers on January 22.

This is the first time Hai Duong city has jointly organized a high-altitude fireworks display to welcome the 2024 Giap Thin Lunar New Year.

Therefore, the city authorities asked relevant bodies to closely coordinate with each other to make the best preparations to serve the people with a smooth and safe fireworks display, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to celebrate the New Year.

There will be a 30-minute musical show before the fireworks display. Both programs will be broadcast live by the Hai Duong Radio and Television Station.
