Japan top destination of Hai Duong workers
Japan is coordinating with Vietnam to offer the best working environment for Vietnamese workers.
More than 8,000 people in Hai Duong province went to work abroad under contracts from the beginning of the year to September 12, nearly double this year’s target, according to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
Japan is the largest recipient with nearly 4,000 guest workers, followed by Taiwan (China) more than 3,800 and the Republic of Korea over 150.
Japan is a market that brings good income to laborers.
The country is coordinating with Vietnam to carry out the project “Assisting contracted guest workers with job information” to offer the best working environment for Vietnamese workers in Japan.
When returning home, they will have full access to recruitment information from businesses, thereby finding suitable jobs.
Apart from Japan, Hai Duong is guiding laborers to complete documents and procedures to take a Korean language test and register to work in industry in the Republic of Korea.
