Baoviet Life Hai Duong Company announces the 2023 “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award

Baoviet Life Hai Duong Company held a ceremony on August 13 to celebrate “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” and “Most Caring Company” awards of its parent company Baoviet Life Corporation.

“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” is an international award granted by HR Asia magazine to honor businesses with outstanding HR policies, attractive remuneration, and top working environments in Asia.

Baoviet Life Corporation met all criteria, thus becoming one of the winners among more than 600 nominees in 2023. 

This is the 5th time Baoviet Life Corporation has achieved this prestigious award.

A subsidiary of the corporation, Baoviet Life Hai Duong Company has for years been striving to work out optimal solutions, create jobs as well as ensuring commensurate rewards and wages for its employees.

The company is employing 59 managers and more than 900 professional insurance consultants with per capita income of 8 – 10 million VND/ month.

The organizers give bicycles to poor students with excellent academic achievements

It co-organized the “Dream-carrying Bicycle Fund” program with the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs on August 12.

At the event, the company presented 25 bicycles worth a total of over 50 million VND to poor students with excellent academic achievements in Hai Duong city.

Baoviet Life Hai Duong Company has maintained the fund and offered scholarships to excellent students for many years.

The company has given as many as 100 bicycles to poor students with excellent academic achievements in Hai Duong in 2023 alone.
