Phu Thai industrial park partly adjusted

The planning for Phu Thai industrial park is adjusted to suit the using need and the actual status of the zone

The People’s Committee of Kim Thanh district has decided to adjust a 1/500 blueprint for the eastern zone of Phu Thai industrial park.

The industrial park, whose investor is Nam Tai International Co., Ltd., covers an area of 36.32 ha in Kim Lien commune.

To meet the using need and the actual status of the zone, the district authorities repositioned the center of the main east-west road northward, narrowed the construction boundary of the road from 3 m to 1 m, changed the location and boundary of several lots, and adjusted some technical infrastructure planning contents relating to the repositioning of the center of the main east-west road.

After the adjustment, land for traffic and water surface shrunk by 613.45 m2 and 522.61 m2, respectively, while land for trees swelled by 1,136.06 m2.

The provincial People's Committee has granted Nam Tai International Co., Ltd. a certificate of the right to land use and ownership of houses and properties attached to land regarding the above area.

Earlier, the locations of some works of the project were different from the construction permit.
