Hai Duong city to close down streets for pedestrian zone

Vehicles will be banned from Bach Dang street’s riverside line to serve the pedestrian and night market zone

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong city will rearrange traffic in some routes around the Sat river to organize a pedestrian and night market zone.

Accordingly, all vehicles will be prohibited from Chuong Duong street’s section from Bui Thi Xuan street to Hong Quang bridge, Ton Duc Thang street’s section from Chuong Duong street to Nguyen Hai Thanh street, and Nguyen Hai Thanh street.

Bach Dang street’s riverside line from Bui Thi Xuan street to Hoang Van Thu street will be closed down.

Only cars with fewer than seven seats and motorbikes are allowed to go from Bach Dang street to Cat bridge roundabout on the other line of the street.

Traffic will be banned from Bui Thi Xuan street’s riverside line from Bach Dang street to Da Tuong street.

The rest of the street will be a one-way traffic line in Bui Thi Xuan street - Cong bridge direction.

Cars will also be prohibited from going from Cat bridge roundabout to Bach Dang street through Thong Nhat street.

Vehicles are forbidden to stop and park on Bach Dang and Bui Thi Xuan streets and around Thong Nhat square while the zone is open.

The road closure will be applied from 2 pm on April 28 to 0 am on April 30 and then from 4 pm on every Saturday to 0 am on every Sunday.
