Developing Industrial Parks to attract Big Investors with Advanced Technology

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee listened to the report of the Party Personnel Board of the Provincial People's Committee and agreed on the policy on researching, surveying and planning industrial parks (KCN) in the orientation of developing industrial zones in the province up to the year 2030, with vision to 2045, including Quoc Tuan - An Binh, An Phat Nam Sach (Nam Sach), Minh Duc - Quang Khai, Dai Son - Hung Dao (Tu Ky), Phuc Dien Expansion Stage 2 (Binh Giang), Cong Hoa Stage 2 (Chi Linh), Thanh Mien - TelinPark, Thanh Mien 1 (Thanh Mien); agreed with the solutions proposed by the Party Personnel Board of the Provincial People's Committee to make the budget estimates for the last months of the year 2020.
Concluding the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Manh Hien affirmed the necessity, inevitability and importance of industrial development for the provincial socio-economic development. The planning and development of industrial zones will create a premise to attract big investors with advanced technology to invest in Hai Duong. The Party Personnel Board of the Provincial People's Committee have instructed departments, sectors and localities to urgently include industrial zones to the general planning, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to research and invest. The planning of industrial zones must be performed methodically and in compliance with the regulations.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to establish and assign investors to industrial clusters of Tan Phong, Hong Phuc and Quang Hung (Ninh Giang). The Standing Committee also agreed to adjust the contents of support from public investment funds under the Scheme on developing centralized commodity agricultural production, enhancing added value for sustainable development in the 2016-2020 period. Thereby, shifting VND 39.08 billion from the contents of the projects that have not yet implemeted to support aquaculture areas and specialized vegetable production areas to build advanced and economical irrigation systems.
