31st SEA Games Table Tennis Competition in Hai Duong

Playing on the home field, Hai Duong players, who are the core of the national team, are capable to win gold medals
Under this decision, Hai Duong will become the venue for table tennis competition of the 31st SEA Games which will take place next year.
Thus, 2 times Vietnam hosts SEA Games: 22nd (in 2003) and 31st (in 2021), Hai Duong is honored to host the competition of table tennis.
In May, the General Department of Gymnastics and Sports reviewed the infrastructure and technical facilities of the venue and agreed to hold the Pencak Silat competition in Hai Duong.
After that, the provincial People's Committee requested Ministry of Culture and Sports to authorize Hai Duong to host table tennis competition as Hai Duong has a tradition in table tennis with many players joining the national team and has had experience in organizing international sporting events. At the same time, Hai Duong commits to well prepare all conditions to contribute to the overall success of the 31st SEA Games.
