Hai Duong ranks 3rd nationwide in terms of updating population database

According to the provincial Public Security, in implementing the Project to build a National Population Database, Hai Duong currently ranks 3rd in the country in terms of progress of updating and correcting citizen information via software; ranks 5th in terms of results of sending and receiving verification form for household registration, household members, information collection form for temporary residents (manually done).
To implement the Project for ID card production, issuance and management, as of 12 o'clock on 6th April, the provincial Public Security have received 366,425 dossiers to apply for chip-mounted ID cards– ranking top among the localities in the country in terms of results and progress of ID card issuance, and was commended by the leaders of Ministry of Public Security.
The above information was released at the online brief meeting held on 6th April morning by Ministry of Public Security to review the implementation results of the Project to build a National Population Database and the Project for ID card production, issuance and management.
