Hai Duong's PAR Index increases three places

With 84.3 points for the PAR Index 2020, Hai Duong jumped three places compared to 2019.

Hai Duong gradually improved its position in the PAR Index rankings from No. 51 in 2016 to No. 30 in 2020.

The province went up 12 places in 2017 and eight places in 2019, and was one of top provinces and cities in the country in some sub-indexes in many years.

The province was placed 4th in the group of six provinces taking the lead in the country in terms of the SIPAS 2020.

The information was freshly provided at a national videoconference held by the Government’s Steering Committee for Administrative Reform to announce the PAR Index and SIPAS 2020 of ministries, sectors, provinces, and cities.
