Provincial People's Committee pledges to fund 40% of total investment in two interchanges of Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway

The provincial People's Committee suggested that VIDIFI prioritize the interchange on provincial road 392 in Binh Giang district for commencement in the 4th quarter of 2021

For Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment JSC. (VIDIFI) to soon build two interchanges in Thanh Ha and Binh Giang districts to connect provincial roads 390 and 392 to Ha Noi – Hai Phong expressway, the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province has pledged to fund 40% of the total investment in the two interchanges.

The corresponding support is expected to be about VND286 billion socialized from some businesses.

Specifically, together with VIDIFI's capital, the provincial authorities will offer VND105 billion to build the interchange on provincial road 392 in Binh Giang district and VND181 billion for the interchange on provincial road 390 in Thanh Ha district.

The provincial People's Committee suggested that VIDIFI prioritize the interchange on provincial road 392 in Binh Giang district for commencement in the 4th quarter of 2021 and completion in the 2nd quarter of 2022, start and finish the construction of the interchange on provincial road 390 in Thanh Ha district in 2022.

VIDIFI was asked to soon report to Vietnam Development Bank and the Ministry of Transport for approval of the investment plan to complete the construction of the two interchanges and finalize relevant procedures for implementation as scheduled to promote the efficiency of investment.
