The expanded Tan Truong industrial park covers a total area of 112.6 ha in Cam Giang district
It is located next to national highway 5 (connecting Ha Noi and Hai Phong) and Cam Giang station of Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway, 45 km from Ha Noi capital city, 55 km from Hai Phong, 52 km from Hai Phong port, 60 km from Quang Ninh deep-water port, and 50 km from Noi Bai international airport and Cat Bi airport.
Tay Bac Industrial JSC., the investor of the project, is conducting site clearance and infrastructure construction.
In the past two years, the investor has signed memoranda of understanding on implementing investment projects in the expanded Tan Truong industrial park with many foreign investors.
Main industries in the park include modern and information technology, food processing, electricity, and electronics.
The industrial park will have a clean water supply capacity of 4,000 m3/ day and night and a wastewater treatment capacity of 3,000 m3/ day.
2049 is the expected time limit of the project.
