Hai Duong marksman Tran Quoc Cuong brings gold to Vietnamese sport delegation

Veteran Hai Duong marksman Tran Quoc Cuong on May 17 excellently won a gold medal in the men's 50m pistol event at the National Sports Training Center in Ha Noi.

In the final of the event, Tran Quoc Cuong got 548 points, 2 points more than the silver medalist from Myanmar.

This was the 1st gold medal of the Vietnamese sport delegation on the day and the 4th one of Hai Duong athletes at the 31st SEA Games.

Apart from Tran Quoc Cuong, Hai Duong has two other shooters in the national team attending the 31st SEA Games, namely Pham Thi Ha (sport pistol) and Nguyen Van Quan (10m air rifle), promising to bring achievements to the Vietnamese sport delegation.
