Japan takes lead in luring Hai Duong workers

Thanks to many preferential policies for foreign workers, Japan has attracted a lot of laborers from Hai Duong

According to the Hai Duong Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, from the beginning of the year to May 25, more than 1,900 Hai Duong laborers went abroad for work, 65% of them to Japan, the highest compared to other countries.

Japan is the province's main labor export market.

After the Covid-19 epidemic had been brought under control, the country opened its doors to foreign workers and applied many preferential policies such as reduction of costs by 20 – 50 million VND/ person compared to the previous year, elimination of many procedures, etc.

Japanese businesses also have a lot of preferential policies for Vietnamese workers through salary, bonus, and welfare regimes.
