Expanded Phuc Dien industrial park to be larger

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has approved the adjustment of the 1/2,000 blueprint for a sub-zone of the expanded Phuc Dien industrial park in Binh Giang district planned by Trung Quy – Bac Ninh Investment JSC.

Accordingly, the planned site is located in the communes of Vinh Hong, Vinh Hung, and Hung Thang, Binh Giang district.

After adjustment, the total area studied for industrial park planning rose to 246.54 ha, up 26.6 ha over the approved plan.

In which, the area planned for the industrial park is 235.64 ha, an increase of more than 21 ha, equivalent to 9.86%, and the area studied for industrial park connection (outside the industrial park) is 10.9 ha (including the corridor of Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway).
