The moment Luong Thi Hoa Dan was named the 1st runner-up at Miss Ethnic Vietnam

Contestant Luong Thi Hoa Dan (born in 2001) made a strong impression in the final night with her outstanding height and lovely smile full of energy.

In the question-and-answer segment for Top 5, Hoa Dan confidently gave an excellent answer to the question “What are you most grateful for in life?”

Hoa Dan sincerely expressed her most gratitude to her journey at Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022. It was the journey of a child missing her family, an ethnic Kinh girl carrying the image of her family making chung (square glutinous rice) cakes to tell the whole world a story of the identity of 54 ethnic groups.

Luong Thi Hoa Dan brings fame to the Eastern province

Contestant Nong Thuy Hang from the Tay ethnic group was crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam, and the 2nd runner-up title belonged to contestant Thach Thu Thao from the Khmer ethnic group.

The finale took place in Ho Chi Minh city with the participation of 30 contestants from various ethnic groups and regions. This year’s pageant was held on a large scale after the last time in 2013.

Miss Earth 2020 Lindsey Coffey and Miss Earth 2021 Destiny Wagner were two international judges at the finale.
