Hai Duong disburses all policy capital for job creation under Resolution 11

The provincial Social Policy Bank system has disbursed 173 billion VND following Resolution 11, or 71.1% of the capital allocated in 2022 to realize the resolution

Specifically, 47.8 billion VND was disbursed under a lending program for social housing purchase or hiring, house construction or repair, reaching 43.2% of the plan; pupils and students borrowed 3.8 billion VND to buy computers and online learning equipment, meeting 50.4% of the plan; and nearly 1 billion VND was lent to non-public preschools and primary schools having to stop operation for at least one month for Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, equivalent to 19% of the plan.

Particularly, 120 billion VND was disbursed under a program to support job creation, maintenance, and expansion following Resolution 11, completing 100% of the plan.

The program continues to enable qualified clients to borrow normal capital of the provincial Social Policy Bank at an unchanged preferential rate.

In 2022, the provincial Social Policy Bank system was allocated 243.3 billion VND by the Central Social Policy Bank to offer loans under the Government's Resolution 11 for the four above programs.
