Highest Tet bonus in Hai Duong nears 189 million VND

Businesses’ Quy Mao Tet bonuses reported to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs rise by 5 – 7%

According to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, by December 26, the highest 2023 Quy Mao Tet (New Year) bonus in Hai Duong, 188.6 million VND, belonged to an employee of a foreign-invested (FDI) enterprise in Tan Truong industrial park, Cam Giang district.

The average and lowest per capita bonuses in the FDI sector is 5.7 million VND and 50,000 VND, respectively.

In the private sector, 100 million VND, 5.9 million VND, and 100,000 VND are the highest, average, and lowest per capita bonuses, respectively.

In the partly State-owned sector, 27 million VND is the highest per capita bonus; 4.4 million VND, the average bonus; and 500,000 VND, the lowest bonus.

Among one member limited liability companies whose charter capital is completely held by the State, the highest, average, and lowest per capita bonuses are 12 million VND, 5.4 million VND, and 1.5 million VND, respectively.

Thus, both lowest and highest Quy Mao Tet bonuses went to the FDI sector.

According to a preliminary assessment of the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the reported 2023 Quy Mao Tet bonuses of businesses are 5 – 7% higher than 2022 Nham Dan Tet ones.
