Hai Duong's major relics welcome nearly 240,000 visitors during Tet

The number of visitors sharply increased because the Covid-19 epidemic had been controlled. Tourists enjoyed the spring safely and civilly.


Key relics in Kinh Mon record a sharp increase in the number of visitors


From January 22 – 26 (i.e. the 1st – 5th day of Tet Nguyen Dan (Lunar New Year)), about 237,000 people went to some key relics and tourist attractions of Hai Duong for sightseeing, worshipping, and entertainment.

Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site welcomed more than 100,000 visitors; other relics in Chi Linh city like temples of teacher Chu Van An, female doctor Nguyen Thi Due, Sinh, Hoa, and Cao An Lac, about 48,000 arrivals, double the same period in 2022.

Key relics in Kinh Mon provincial town received about 60,000 tourists, a surge of more than 50%, and those in Cam Giang district, approximately 25,000 visitors, up 50%.

Around 4,000 people visited Dao Co tourist area in Thanh Mien district, a rise of about 30%.

The information was provided by representatives of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board, the district, provincial town, city, and Chi Lang Nam commune on January 26 afternoon.

Despite the hike in the number of tourists, the prices of all kinds of services remained stable.
