“Digital solution markets” for businesses

Through “digital solution markets”, Ngoc Khanh Service and Trading Co., Ltd. and many other businesses have chosen suitable technological applications

In mid-2019, through the website Viettel.vn, the company registered to use Viettel’s sales general software on a cloud computing platform. Director Tran Van Ngoc said the software contributed to maximizing the business efficiency of his company, a paint distribution and construction one.

“Since application of the software, my company’s business process has almost completely changed in the direction of professionalism,” said Ngoc.

“The progress of works is updated through the software, helping us take the initiative in planning anytime and anywhere, thereby enhancing the efficiency of regulating human resources and construction materials.”

The improved business efficiency has contributed to the company’s revenue growth of 7% year over year.

Viet Duc Investment, Construction and Development JSC. in Hong Khe commune, Binh Giang district, chose a virtual server rental service also provided on a cloud computing platform by VNPT Hai Duong in early November 2021.

“We planned to replace the entire physical server system but decided to use the oneSME-based virtual server rental service of VNPT after consideration,” said Nguyen Minh Thuy, director of the company.

“From security to operation, maintenance, and upgrading of server capacity, VNPT is committed to support anytime my company requires.

“For one year of use, we have not encountered any technical errors.”

Through oneSME, the company has also used VNPT’s e-invoice service. Technological application has helped the business save about 20 million VND/ month, equivalent to 240 million VND/ year.

According to a representative of Viettel Hai Duong's sales department, hundreds of enterprises across the country register and use business services provided on Viettel.vn each month, about 10% of them are in Hai Duong.

Meanwhile, oneSME.vn is a digital transformation platform for small- and medium-sized businesses officially launched by VNPT in August 2021.

The platform was developed in Hai Duong in October 2021, and by mid-October this year, nearly 400 enterprises in the province had registered to use the service.

Trinh To Toan, a solution consultant of VNPT Hai Duong, said: “OneSME is similar to a digital product warehouse regularly updated according to the actual needs of the market, from digital signatures to premiums, digital infrastructure, business administration service packages, etc.

“The packaging and integration of products and solutions as well as costs helps clients choose suitable and economical applications.”

In the future, VNPT may expand the oneSME platform infrastructure to integrate more complicated information and technology solutions and applications and, at the same time, cooperate with many service and solution providers to diversify products.

“OneSME aims to help businesses choose service packages integrated from many individual services to best meet the needs of each business. With suitable solutions, enterprises will have more motivation to improve their competitiveness in the business world,” added Toan.

Nguyen Viet Anh, Viettel Hai Duong’s business operator, said: “Among ways to provide digital products and services for enterprises, the “digital solution market” of Viettel or other units is the most effective channel.

“However, each company has a different production and business characteristic; therefore, feedback from enterprises will be an important basis for solution providers to improve product quality, thereby contributing to boosting the roadmap for digital transformation in businesses more strongly.”
