Achim Vina Co Ltd spends about 1.3 million USD on project in Cong Hoa industrial park

The ceremony of land lease signing between Achim Vina Co., Ltd. and Vietnam Rubber Industrial Zone and Urban Development JSC.

Achim Vina Co., Ltd., a wholly South Korean-invested company, signed a land lease with Vietnam Rubber Industrial Zone and Urban Development JSC. (the investor of Cong Hoa industrial park) on August 16 afternoon in Cong Hoa industrial park, Chi Linh city, for project implementation.

Achim Vina Co., Ltd. hired 10,000 m2 of land in the industrial park until 2058 to build a factory to process and preserve seafood, produce ready-made food, etc.

The total investment in the project nears 1.3 million USD.

After completing legal procedures for investment and construction, the enterprise is expected to put the project into operation in May 2023.

Cong Hoa industrial park was established in 2008 with a total area of over 200 ha.

The industrial park has lured nine domestic and foreign investors with an occupancy rate of nearly 60%.
